@Oleksii: it is not fair what you say; see for example the multi-threading series of he Herb Sutter freely available on the net.
One thing because of which a soft copy of their presentations would be nice to have is because not all of us live in North America or nearby :-).

Hello Herb,

These conferences are not the best way (IMHO) to spread the truth about C++ and to teach others the best practices ever. It would be nice if you and Bjarne put a soft copy of that conferences somewhere in the web. Because more people would be informed if you did that way :-)

I do understand that it’s because of money you guys don’t want to give your knowledge to others for free ;-)
